China Cultural Center is organizing ‘‘Tai chi class ’’ specialized training for every age of person , which will take place in the courtyard of China Cultural Center situated at PNCA (5th floor) on 20th November 2017 at 4pm to till 1st December.
People from different lifestyles will be a part of this Event and can practice in training fitness class.
Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The tai chi refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons, competitive wrestling in the format of pushing hands.

As a result, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims with differing emphasis. Some training forms of Tai chi are especially known for being practiced with relatively slow movements.
